Hi there! Iâm Elizabeth and a Chicago native. I moved back from Dallas about a year ago. Readjusting to winter wasnât easy⊠at all. Thankfully, itâs summer and I can say that I semi-survived. My hobbies include trying new workout classes, scoping out new restaurants and bars, traveling as much as possible, and cheering on Chicago sports teams. I currently live two blocks from Wrigley Field, so you can guess who I root for!

North Napa Salad and Cauliflower and Rice Bowl from Farmerâs FridgeÂ
Started the week off right with Farmerâs Fridge. I love it because itâs gluten-free friendly. (I have celiacâs disease.) Finding good, gluten-free options on Grubhub is so easy. I used my mealperks to get the pairing option of the North Napa Salad and Cauliflower & Rice bowl.

Custom Salad from Sweetgreen
Picked up my favorite custom salad from Sweetgreen on the way home from checking out the new Manet & Modern Beauty exhibit at The Art Institute. Instead of salad dressing, I like to add red pepper flakes and a squeeze of lime. Tip: in special instructions, ask to have the salad mixed & chopped.

Taco de Pollo from Big Star
You know the saying âYou can take the girl outta Texasâ… Well, Texas left its mark on me. That being said, I think tacos should be their own food group and a daily staple. My go-to delivery order is Big Starâs Taco de Pollo and Taco de Panza. I placed a pre-order so that my tacos arrived at my apartment at the same time I did. Itâs my favorite #lifehack.

I placed a pickup order at Protein Bar to grab breakfast on my way into the office after my morning workoutâan intense spin class. I love that their Beauty Brew smoothie has Vital Proteins collagen in it.

Blackwood Barbeque
Every Friday, we use Grubhub Catering to order breakfast for our floor. This week, we had Blackwood Barbeque. We ordered an assortment of Hash for a Bunch and BBQ Breakfast Wraps. My favorite is the brisket hash. Friday breakfast is the best start to the day…and really, the weekend.
